1. Payment Options

    • Currently, all payments are processed exclusively through PayPal.
    • Users can choose between full payment or installment options for each product, depending on their preference.


  2. Installment Plans

    • Each product has a pre-set installment duration, ranging from 2 to 12 payments.
    • Installments are not tied to a monthly schedule. For example, users can complete all 12 payments within a day or gradually over time.
    • The first payment must be made at checkout, and each subsequent payment has a maximum due date of one month from the previous payment.

  3. No Additional Fees or Interest

    • Installments are free from additional fees or interest charges
    • The total price is divided evenly according to the installment plan. For example, a $1000 domain with a 10-payment plan means each payment is $100.

  4. Manual Payments

    • Users must make payments manually as Kadomain does not support subscription payments through PayPal
    • Each installment must be paid manually by the due date (maximum one month for each installment).

  5. Domain Status During Installments

    • The domain becomes active after the first installment payment.
    • Domains are transferred to the user's Namecheap account, so having a Namecheap account is mandatory.
    • During the installment period, users have "Manager" access to the domain, allowing them to configure DNS, Records, Redirects, etc.
    • After the installments are fully paid, users gain "Owner" status, granting complete control over the domain for any purpose.

  6. Late Payment Policy

    • If a payment is missed beyond the one-month deadline, the user incurs a penalty, and the domain will be reclaimed by Kadomain.
    • Access to the domain will be revoked if the installment plan is not completed.

  7. Early Payment

    • Users can pay off their installment plans earlier than the scheduled duration without any additional charges or penalties.
    • The total price remains unchanged regardless of when the installments are paid off.

  8. Support and Status Tracking

    • Users can contact Kadomain via email or official social media channels for any installment-related inquiries.
    • To monitor installment progress, users can visit the Profile > My Purchases section, which provides a detailed overview of installment statuses and transaction history.
